The Epistle of Ephesians was said to have been written by the Apostle Paul to the Jews and the Gentiles whose constant conflicts were threatening to divide the church. When we pray we should pray in the Spirit and watch over each other praying for one another in perseverance and supplication.

- But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof. Rom. 13:14
