The Lord Gets Upset When You Do Not Do What He Says When you don't keep the Lord's Commandments, Laws, & Statues, it shows your disrespect for God. God wants you to do what He says. When you do not do as He says, it shows Him that you do not love Him.

Who Do You Serve? There is a story often called the parable of two wolves, and is attributed to the Cherokee nation that demonstrates the following verse and brings the point to the surface.
Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? Romans 6:16
A Grandfather speaking with his grandson says, "There are two wolves inside each of us. These two wolves are always at war with one another. One of the wolves is good and represents all good things like kindness, bravery, and love. The other is a bad wolf who represents all things that are bad, like greed, hatred, and fear. The Grandson contemplates on these words for a moment, then looks up at his Grandfather and says, "Grandfather, which one wins?"
The Grandfather quietly replied, "The one you feed".
This same war between good and evil resides in all of us. Which one do you feed?
