If God seems like foolishness to you, consider this, God is wiser than anyone on earth. He is stronger than anyone, even in His weakest moment God is stronger than mankind.

Something which may seem wise to us may be considered as foolishness by God. For those who actually think they are smarter than God, they will be taken in their own craftiness and their foolishness will be revealed.
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. I Cor. 3:19
The natural man who is spiritually discerned and not saved does not understand the Spirit of God and thinks it is foolishness.
The natural man does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God. For they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. I Cor. 2:14
We are fools for Christ.
We are fools for Christ, but you are wise in Christ. We are weak, but you are strong. You are honored, but we are dishonored. I Cor. 4:10
