As believers it our desire and obligation to seek the Kingdom of God and Jesus gave us a clear instruction telling us to seek the kingdom of God, seek God's righteousness, and all the things mentioned in Matthew Chapter 6 will be added unto you. Jesus said the Kingdom of God is not of this world, the Kingdom of God is at hand so it is important to repent and believe the gospel.
Jesus said His kingdom is not of this world and did not come from this world.
Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. John 18:36
Jesus said, The Kingdom of God is at hand, repent and believe the gospel.
And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. Mark 1:15
What is the Kingdom of God? The Kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.
For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Rom. 14:17
Where is the Kingdom of God? The kingdom of God is within you. His Holy Ghost lives inside you. It is not going to drop out of the sky one day or suddenly appear in the clouds. Quite simply, the kingdom of God is His spirit living in you, His righteousness, His peace, His joy.
And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Luke 17:20
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. Luke 17:21
Who will not inherit the kingdom of God? Those who are unrighteous (wicked) will not inherit the kingdom of God. Examples of unrighteous (wicked) people are fornicators (those who are not married to one another and have sexual relations), those who worship false gods or idols, adulterers, no effeminate (men acting as women and can be reversed as well, women acting as men), and people who abuse themselves and others will not inherit the kingdom of God. Basically, this means the wicked will not have the righteousness, peace and joy of the Holy Ghost (Spirit) that those who believe in Christ and are saved do.
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, I Corinthians 6:9
Teaching the Kingdom of God Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it. Acts. 28:28 And when he had said these words, the Jews departed, and had great reasoning among themselves. Acts 28:29 And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him, Acts 28:30 Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him. Acts 28:31 Does God actually have a Kingdom where we will one day reside? God does have an actual kingdom and Jesus demostrated that when He instructed people on how to pray in the prayer that is now referred to as "The Lord's Prayer" and in praying to God saying, "Thy kingdome come, thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. This is a clear indication that there is indeed also a kingdom of God but does not actually indicate that it is a physical place.
Matthew 6:10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Matthew 6:11 Give us this day our daily bread.
Matthew 6:12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
Matthew 6:13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
Daniel 2:37 Thou, O king, art a king of kings for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and strength, and glory. Daniel 2:38 And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this head of gold. Daniel 2:39 And after thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee, and another third kingdom of brass, which shall bear rule over all the earth. Daniel 2:40 And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise. Daniel 2:41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay. Daniel 2:42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken. Daniel 2:43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. Daniel 2:44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. His kingdom will come
Revelation 11:14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
Revelation 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Not Everyone will be allowed to enter the Kingdom of Heaven Luke 13:24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. Luke 13:25 When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are: Luke 13:26 Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets. Luke 13:27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity. Luke 13:28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out. Matthew 25:32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: Matthew 25:33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Matthew 25:34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
Keys to the Kingdom of Heaven Matthew 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Matthew 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. Revelation 21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
