The requirements from the Lord are not as difficult to do as the devil would like you to believe. The Lord made the Ten Commandments as written in the Old Testament for us to follow. Jesus spoke to the disciples telling them that all power was given to Him and Jesus tells us to do certain things. And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Matthew 28:18 He tells us to teach all nations and to baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost (the Godhead trinity). He clearly states that everyone that believes and is baptized will be saved and the people who do not believe and get baptized will be damned. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Matthew 28:19 And he said unto them, "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature".Mark 16:15 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned." Mark 16:16 He tells us to teach people to observe everything He has commanded us and he reassures us that He is with us all the way to the end, even to the end of the world. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the worlds. Amen.Matthew 28:20 Jesus says we should follow these signs and believe. He tells us we have the power to cast out demons, devils through the power of His name. We can speak with new tongues. Those who believe in him can pick up serpents, drink something poison or deadly and it will not hurt us. He tells us we can lay hands on the sick and they will recover. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; Mark 16:17 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.": Mark 16:18 If miracles are not happening in your life then maybe you should consider what "you believe", to be the culprit. The Lord gave us much power we are only limited by our belief, our faith...think about it. How much faith do you have? Is it enough to make miracles happen? If it is not then why is it not? I tell you the truth. I have asked the Lord for many things and He has answered my prayers even when everyone around me doubted that He would answer my prayers..He Did and he did not do it in His time like a lot of preachers like to teach. He did it my time. I believe that you get your prayers answered according to how much you believe that He really will answer. In other words, if you believe He will answer you in His time well, that's what's going to happen because that's what you believe. If you ask Him for something that is really needed and not by selfish design and you ask in Jesus name and you are saved and you are baptized You will get a real answer, on time. The bible tells us our words have power. What God Requires of Us: Believe that Jesus died on the cross for our sins, that he rose in three days and that He is the Son of God
Love
Trust
Obedience
Faithfulness
Faith
Honesty
Truth
Go and Tell Others
Our faith and belief in Him is raw power-unleashed. All we have to do is believe and meet the Lord's requirements. Think about it! Pray about it!
