Raw Power Unleashed Bible Study Part 2: How did the Holy Ghost Get Here?
The answer is simple & plainly stated by Jesus Christ
When Jesus Christ died on the cross he left this earth physically. However, he sent his Holy Spirit (Comforter) to us when He died on the cross to save us from our sins and He revealed this while he was speaking to his disciples who did not want Christ to go away.
Jesus said: 
 Nevertheless I tell you the truth: It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart I will send him unto you. St.John 16:7
The Holy Ghost lives inside of you once your receive and believe in Jesus Christ.
​In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me and drink. St. John 7:37
He that believeth on me as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. St. John 7:38
Jesus is the Word and has existed with God since the creation of the world
In the beginning was the word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1
The same was in the beginning with God. John 1:2
All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. John 1:3
In him was life; and the life was the light of men. John 1:4
And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.John 1:5
The Holy Ghost is Jesus Christ's Spirit
The Holy Ghost is the spirit of Jesus Christ which existed since the beginning of time but was not given to us until after He was crucified and raised from the dead to be glorified and even more importantly, His Holy Spirit is only given to those who believe on Him.

• But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given because that Jesus was not yet glorified.). St. John 8:39 ​
