When people, events, trials, and problems in this world are disrupting or destroying your sense of peace, you can find peace with the Lord. Focusing on negative things in your life can cause depression, phobias, fear, and emotional stress. You can remove these disrupting forces by focusing on the Lord, by praying, reading your Bible, even fasting and praying in extremely stressful situations. The Lord is strong, trust Him, focus on Him and the worries, cares, and fears that are trying to take over your thoughts will be replaced with the love, wisdom and peace of the Lord.
Focus on the Lord not the cares of this world and you will find peace.
Isaiah 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
Isaiah 26:4 Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:
Romans 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
Romans 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Rejoice in the Lord, keep your thoughts stayed on Him, give your cares to Him, pray and ask Him in ernest to take care of the things that trouble you. Ask Him to give you wisdom, strength, and peace. Let the Lord instruct you, listen because His spirit is in you and as such we have the mind of Christ.
Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
Philippians 4:5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
1 Corinthians 2:16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
Give the Lord your burdens and troubles. He cares for you, He loves you. Stay close to the Lord, pray unceasing, study the Bible, follow His commandments and His example so that the devil who seeks to destroy you will not have a foothold in your life. Put on the full armor of God to protect yourself. The God of all grace who sacrificed His only son Christ Jesus to suffer and die for our sins will, after you have suffered a little while will make you perfect, establish you, strengthen you, settle you and give you peace.
1 Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
1 Peter 5:9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
1 Peter 5:10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
1 Peter 5:11 To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
Give your cares, worries, and fears to Jesus (Jehovah) and you will find rest and peace. He can carry the load. Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. Matthew 11:30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:7
